These terms and conditions govern the use of TiffanyLuck and apply to every player who registers an account. By creating an account, depositing funds or claiming any bonus, a player accepts these terms in full. TiffanyLuck reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with changes posted on this page.

1. Eligibility

• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until identity verification is complete.
• Accounts found to contain false information may be suspended or closed, with deposited funds returned subject to verification.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the player’s own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals are paid out to the same method used for the original deposit, wherever possible, as an anti-money-laundering safeguard.
• TiffanyLuck reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation for unusually large deposits or withdrawals.

4. Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus offers a 150% match on the first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of £3000 in bonus funds.
• A 35x wagering requirement applies to all bonus funds before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings expire 30 days after crediting if wagering has not been completed.
• Maximum stake per spin or hand while a bonus is active is £5. Breaching this limit may void bonus winnings.
• Wagering contribution varies by game type: slots contribute 100%, video poker 20%, table games 10%, and live dealer games 0%.
• Withdrawing funds before wagering is complete forfeits any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings.
• TiffanyLuck reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a bonus offer from any account suspected of bonus abuse, including but not limited to minimal-risk betting strategies, arbitrage betting or the use of banned betting patterns.

5. Game Rules and Fairness

• All games are powered by independently tested and certified random number generator (RNG) software.
• Game results are final once displayed. Technical malfunctions voids all pays and plays on the affected round.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical, calculated over a very large number of rounds, and do not guarantee any individual outcome.
• TiffanyLuck is not responsible for interruptions to gameplay caused by a player’s internet connection or device.

6. Responsible Gambling

• TiffanyLuck is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion periods, accessible through account settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

TiffanyLuck is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site, including losses resulting from technical malfunction, scheduled maintenance or unauthorised account access caused by a player’s failure to secure their own login credentials.

9. Changes to These Terms

TiffanyLuck may update these terms and conditions periodically to reflect changes in regulation, payment processing or site features. Continued use of the account after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• TiffanyLuck is not responsible for any third-party website, advertisement or affiliate content referencing promotions that have since been amended or withdrawn. The terms published on this site always take precedence.
• Tournament prize pools and leaderboard rankings are calculated based on verified gameplay data only. Any suspected manipulation of a leaderboard position results in disqualification from that tournament period.

11. Dispute Resolution

• TiffanyLuck aims to resolve all disputes within 14 days of a complaint being logged, with updates provided throughout the investigation where a resolution takes longer.

12. Severability

If any individual clause within these terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that clause will be amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while the remainder of these terms continues in full force and effect.
